Western Motorway Vienna – Salzburg (A1) vignette obligation, exit Wals-Lofer, border crossing, further via Bad Reichenhall to the border crossing Steinpaß, Lofer, direction Zell am See, Maishofen, Saalbach Hinterglemm.

Arrival from Germany

Motorway Munich – Salzburg (A8) until exit Siegsdorf From there we continue in direction Inzell. Continue until you reach a junction described as Lofer. At Steinpaß you cross the state border and continue on to Lofer. From there continue to Saalfelden and direction Zell am See. In Maishofen you reach the exit to the Glemmtal. From there it is only 14 km to Saalbach Hinterglemm. You don’t need a motorway sticker (vignette) for this route.

Tauern motorway Villach-Salzburg (A10) vignette obligation, junction Bischofshofen, Pinzgauer Bundesstraße B311 direction Zell am See, Maishofen, Saalbach Hinterglemm.

Brenner motorway (A13) towards Innsbruck, exit Innsbruck East, continue on the Inntal motorway (A12) towards Wörgl, vignette obligation, exit Wörgl West, continue on the B312 to Saalfelden, Maishofen, Saalbach Hinterglemm.

The nearest train station for you is Zell am See. ÖBB will gladly inform you about train information. From Zell am See you can reach us with the post bus, which is available in an one hour interval to Saalbach Hinterglemm. You can also catch a taxi in front of the train station Zell am See.
